I worked at Ferguson for almost 5 years in the 90s. It was the best training I could ever get. Went from the warehouse to inside sales to outsides sales and created a track record that I could take with me. Got a job in pharma and didn't look back. Selling chemo now. The recruiter that got me this job said the only reason she pushed me was because of how Ferguson trained their guys and if you could make it there you could make it anyware, and I did. Miss those days, but worth it.

Good training, horrible pay.

Got too big to fast, you work 50+ hours a week for little to no money.

If you started with this company 5 years ago, you are probably still sitting in Inside Sales...I'm right aren't I?
