trouble in factories

Hey I need some help. I'm not going to say where because it could be bad for the company but last week there was a riot in the assembly line. Lately my workers have not been getting along. does anyone have any effective team building activities or ways to strengthen their relationship thanks.

ok, update. just got a report that two of the night janitors broke out fighting and one ended up with a broken nose. The other ended up in a cop car. I seriously need some help before this factory falls apart.
