What the Heck does Nature's Plus Want???

Nature's Plus has placed ads for a Sales Rep in Sacramento, ca for about the last 6 months. I have sent in my resume every time they posted a new ad on Career Builder and have never even gotten a response. And this is with 15 years of B2B sales experience, number one sales rep for 6 straight years in the US and Canada with my last company, holistic background and a storage unit full of awards.

Not even so much as an email or a phone call from them?

What the heck do they want?

Anyone else have this experienced with them?

This may signal that this is not a company that you would want to work for. At the very least they should send a form letter acknowledging your application.

many companies suck at getting back to you ...however ..i broke into this industry when I met a DM at a health food store and it went from there ...I would suggust simply using the companies store locator to find where they sell the products ....go into a couple of the stores and ask the buyer who the contact people in the company are...ask them to supply the resume to the rep or manager in that area(chances are they will have a rep or DM card on file for you) ...your agressiveness should allow for your resume to reach the hiring manager ....best of luck, its a nice sales gig right now, people are still going to take care of their health..best of luck !
