That is such garbage, NO COMPANY is going to let go of people who are producing revenue for them. Let's be serious. They are paying out the same commissions on everyone no matter what, and the commissions are based on what you sell, so please tell me how that makes sense. Don't try and justify the fact that you did like crap, and they forced you out the door.

i also saw one other post about staying a while. seriously this job is such a starter job with rookie money. don't do it. think brady quinn and matt leinart. they tried to stay in college longer and did not hit when the metal was hot and in turn lost millions.

look at the guys around you that are lifers. they truly are pathetic. i would always ask my buddy "how can you consider yourself a man and a good father when you are bringing in ADP money?"

You guys need to get out of SBS and over to RS...its a whole nother world over here! I can go for two weeks without even talking to my manager. Base is way better, commission is better, bonus' waaaaaaay better, quotas are not retarded.

I agree about everything I read on SBS, I could never deal with what you guys do, but that being said, its a great way to start a sales carrier and move on to bigger and better things.

I agree RS is a cream job, you get all your leads from SBS sales reps and if your lucky half of those will agree to meet with you. But you get fed so there is not so much prospecting.SBS is the bloodhound on the big hunt

Just found this site for ADP. Have to correct you...ADP is nothing like big pharma. Pharma at least gives you a company car, expenses account, and real vacation benefits. Oh, and you only get micromanaged by your immediate manager, not every fucking person higher on the food chain. I'd take big pharma and the threat of layoffs any day of the week.

amen... That is why I went to med sales as soon as I could. Now I'm making $$$. I was lucky to get out before the recession started. It's tough now for those in SBS to leave, hang on as long as you can. But when that head hunter calls, take time to listen and go for the interview.
