QUOTA QUOTA QUOTA!!! Go get you a Plastic Pineapple!! advice... leave the price book at home!! Never use it, it is SOOOOOOOOO over priced, but I guess you now have to sell RUN so that makes it a little more difficult. Units Baby! Units! as long as they process at least 2 x you get a MEASLEY 5% commision that (in case any of you didnt know --- it comes out to about 2.5% the rest is TAX) that is ADP's latest most brilliant new COMP Plan!! cut everyones commission from 10 to 5 and give them markets that even over a 10yr. period all the units dont even = what your so called QUOTA is to meet.

I feel for you...

Best advice....... if they try to give you written warning or try to get you to RESIGN DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!! GET FIRED!!!!! in all honesty, they only want you to resign so they dont get screwed with having to pay for unemployment. A measley couple weeks is nothing compared to 1 1/2 years of getting weekly benefits. Get Fired. besides when you quit you are admitting: A) Guilt &/or B) Failure.

Dont forget to ask for Expenses and ask for extended couple of weeks before they cut your insurance off too, and make sure you get 100% of the measley commisions you did earn, and make sure there are NOT SPLITS that should not be there and or that none went to the "House" Account

Word to the Wise.. Hope this helps

I'm right there with ya. I have never seen anyplace that has such crappy management. Everyone here is only sticking around until they can find something better. How pathetic.

Stay away from CT SBS region. It's no good. New hire beware! Go to copier sales, entry pharma sales, or even enterprise car sales. I know times are tough, but sanity is worth a lot more!

Stay away from SBS period. Heck, just stay away from ADP. You will be miserable, especially in this downsizing economy! If you're desperate for a job, sell cars. At least people are still buying autos.

use to work for adp for 4 years. good experience but its all about your territory. if you are good territory with chase banks, you are gold. if you are in bad territory with shit and crap chase banks, you will be packing. they were trying to put me in a territory to get off the ground, great chase banks, left for medical, and I am glad, b/c they eliminated the territory with the layoffs.
