How annoying and totally inapropriate is it to go out and sell products and services by ADP that we don;t even get ourselves as employees? I love it when clients ask me about the HSA card or if I like the 401k (which royally blows by the way).

ADP sucks, but it's better than a sharp stick in the eye - barely

My favorite is when prospects ask about ee communications. Self-serivce blows when they overwhelm you with hundreds of useless pieces of information. But my favorite place to hate is Hotspot - seriously, can you make it any more difficult to just find a simple BIS?!?
