Seriously, what dumb ass wants to stick around after being pushed out as a manager or better yet a VP? I know the economy sucks, but taking a job as a sales rep when you've been a manager or higher for most of your career with ADP ---it just makes no sense! Please tell me you are just waiting to collect a check while you're looking for a new job. I know they offered you a severence package - man up and take it!

Get out while you can I did and I was a presidents club producer for 4 of the 5 years. I regret staying for as long as I did, I have been since running my own business and it is great. No Corp BS and I am banking! ADP has turned into a culture of strictly new numbers month after month and the incentives and trips have turned to shi!?.

there's more than one of these people...... some should have been fired. and now they're selling deals by breaking policy and getting off with a slap on the hand. how sad.
