Pay cut????

I was a little surprised to hear about recieving a 5% pay cut starting in January. Very disappointing and unmotivating to say the least. :(

Not what I would call motivating. Goals are high and harder than hell to hit. as a field rep we out for hours and are taking a big hit. I was not very happy. going to start looking for new work.

Just out of curiousity, what kind of pay does a FedEx rep make? Also, who are you calling on in an office?
