Hey, im interviewing for a "senior" sales position this Friday at Paychex. I've been in YP advertising for the last 6 yrs, make over 99k the last 4. My base is nothing here though (35K) and I want to get out of print media which is tanking. The recruiter tell me base for this position is 50+ with 1st year expected over 100K. does this sound accurate?
What is it like working here? i'd like to take a step up from my present company/industry and actually use my degree. It seems they hire alot of hs grads.
