When I was hired by IKON 10 years ago, my salary was $35K. First job out of college, no experience. I wonder how much has changed.....

I left IKON about 5 years ago and base was around 35k. The only way you get raises is by getting a larger budget to go along with it. You should make more money as your budget increases new accounts and larger deals. The difference in your salary is minimal at best though by taking on a larger budget. The increase in your pay is very dependent on your sales and commission.

$27900 for AE's. Comp plans have just changed. Not a very fun work environment at this point in time.
